Engineering Manager (FE) - Commercialisation team

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

• Own and evolve the technical direction of the team, including architecture decisions and system design.
• Contribute to complex features and lead design reviews.
• Coach engineers in their technical work and help them grow.
• Drive engineering quality and best practices.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape project scope and translate technical trade-offs.
