Engineering Manager (FE) - Commercialisation team

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve the technical direction of the team, including architecture decisions and system design.
• Contribute to complex features and lead design reviews.
• Coach engineers through technical challenges and code reviews.
• Drive engineering quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to translate technical trade-offs into deliverable solutions.
