Engineering Manager (FE) - Commercialisation team

This role is based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve the technical direction of the team, including architecture decisions and system design.
• Contribute to complex features and lead critical design reviews.
• Coach engineers in day-to-day technical work and raise the technical bar of the team.
• Partner with Product Managers and designers to shape project scope and translate technical trade-offs.
• Nurture an inclusive team culture where engineers feel safe to grow.
