Engineering Manager (FE) - Commercialisation team

This role is based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve the technical direction of the team, including architecture decisions and system design.
• Contribute to complex features and lead design reviews.
• Coach engineers in their technical work and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to translate technical trade-offs into clear solutions.
• Nurture an inclusive team culture where engineers feel safe to take risks.
