Engineering Manager - Editing API (ANZ remote)

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with remote work options available.

What you’d be doing in this role:

As an Engineering Manager, you will coach and grow a high-performing team, drive technical excellence in APIs, and shape the roadmap for Editing APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching and mentoring engineers
• Driving technical excellence in APIs
• Partnering with stakeholders across product, engineering, and design
• Shaping the roadmap for Editing APIs
• Leading cross-cutting initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience leading technical teams
• Familiarity with APIs, frameworks, or developer platforms
• Experience with frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, MobX
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance priorities
• Strong collaboration skills
