Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers focused on automating content review and moderation.
  • Set and execute the technical vision and strategy for ML-driven safety, quality, and policy enforcement.
  • Design and scale robust ML systems, including experimentation frameworks and monitoring.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Drive large, end-to-end initiatives from problem framing to delivery.
  • Uplift engineering excellence through strong technical direction.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to navigate complex challenges.
  • Champion operational excellence and responsible AI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging ML best practices.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about coaching and developing engineers.
  • Experienced in designing systems at scale.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product and ML teams.
  • Experience leading an engineering team in a Product or SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience in text, image, video, and audio understanding is desirable.
