Engineering Manager - Content Machine Learning

This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of Machine Learning Engineers.
• Set and execute the technical vision for ML-driven safety and quality.
• Design and scale robust ML systems for content moderation.
• Drive end-to-end initiatives from problem framing to delivery.
• Coach and mentor engineers to navigate technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading engineering teams in a Product or SaaS environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and ML stakeholders.
• Prior experience in text, image, video, and audio understanding is desirable.
