Engineering Manager (BE) - Visual Suite Platform (Remote ANZ)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with remote work options available.

What you'll do:

• Drive alignment and momentum across diverse teams and time zones
• Partner with Product and Design to roadmap and resource goals
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Make technical decisions for the Visual Suite Platform
• Design, develop, and deploy features with cross-functional teams

You're probably a match if:

• You’ve led high-performing backend engineers
• You’re technically strong with backend systems
• You’ve shipped complex products from concept to scale
• You’ve worked in distributed cloud environments (AWS experience is a bonus)
