Engineering Manager (BE) - Visual Suite Platform (Remote ANZ)

• Drive alignment and momentum across diverse teams and time zones
• Partner with Product and Design to roadmap and resource goals
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Make technical decisions for the Visual Suite Platform
• Design, develop, and deploy features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Champion engineering excellence and scalable backend architecture

You're probably a match if:

• Experience leading high-performing backend engineers
• Strong technical background in backend systems and architectural design
• Experience shipping complex products
• Familiarity with distributed cloud environments (AWS experience is a bonus)
• Pragmatic and user-first mindset in software development
