Lead two critical backend teams: Personalisation Solutions and B2B Data Infrastructure. Drive technical strategy for personalized experiences, scale backend data systems, and support teams in delivering high-quality services.

Requirements:

• Strong backend engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java and distributed systems
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure
• Familiarity with SQL and data engineering
• Passion for personalization and user-centric systems
