Engineering Manager (BE) - Metrics Platform (Remote ANZ)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of the new Metrics Platform.
• Build tools and infrastructure for standardizing and acting on business metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and TPMs on feature delivery.
• Grow and nurture a high-performing engineering team.

Requirements:

• Experience leading platform teams, especially in data or metrics.
• Deep backend expertise across data infrastructure and internal tools.
• Ability to mentor engineers and foster an empathetic engineering culture.

The Metrics Platform team is part of Product Insights Enablement, focusing on centralized metrics management.
