Engineering Manager (BE / Full Stack) - Admin Experience Group (ANZ remote)

This role is based in Melbourne, Australia with hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and coaching a motivated full stack team of 5–8 engineers
• Owning the breakdown and delivery of large, impactful projects
• Mentoring engineers on technical approaches and career growth
• Building out long-term technical strategy for Settings product capabilities
• Managing operational health of services, including on-call as part of a team rotation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and non-technical stakeholders
• Championing a culture of feedback, inclusive collaboration, and continual improvement

Requirements:

• Experience leading high-performing software engineering teams
• Technical hands-on experience in Java, Javascript, Typescript, and React
• Strong customer empathy and experience building user-centric products
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional collaboration
• Leadership that fosters psychological safety and open communication
