Engineering Manager (BE / Full Stack) - Admin Experience Group (ANZ remote)

What you'll do:

• Lead and coach a motivated full stack team of 5–8 engineers
• Own the breakdown and delivery of large, impactful projects
• Mentor engineers on technical approaches and career growth
• Build out long-term technical strategy for Settings product capabilities
• Manage operational health of services, including on-call responsibilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and non-technical stakeholders
• Champion a culture of feedback and continual improvement
