Engineering Manager (BE) - Design School Technology - Martech

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape solution designs that balance user needs with technical excellence.
• Build and ship engaging features that enhance how people learn on Design School.
• Take ownership of key areas of the platform, driving improvements to performance, reliability, and code quality.
• Mentor fellow engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• You have strong frontend engineering skills, particularly in Typescript and React.
• You’ve built robust, scalable systems and understand how infrastructure supports reliability at scale.
