Engineering Manager (BE) - Content Machine Learning

What you'll do:

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of Machine Learning Engineers.
• Set and execute the technical vision for ML-driven safety and quality across various content types.
• Design and scale robust ML systems for content review and moderation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Drive large initiatives from problem framing to delivery and impact measurement.
• Coach and mentor engineers through complex challenges.
• Champion operational excellence and responsible AI.
