Engineering Manager (BE) - AI Media Platform

• Drive model integration and infrastructure optimization for AI capabilities.
• Optimize cost, latency, and performance across multi-modal AI systems.
• Coach and grow engineers, building a high-performing team.
• Set the technical vision and engineering strategy for the AI Media Platform.
