- Drive strategy and execution of Canva’s AI-Orchestrated Developer Experience.
- Build context-aware AI systems integrated into the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
- Evaluate and trial emerging AI tools.
Requirements:
- Experience leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML systems or developer tooling.
- Familiarity with tools like Cursor, Copilot, or similar coding assistants.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build scalable systems.
- Collaborative leadership skills.
