Define and deliver long-term AI platform strategy, partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, and Data, coach engineering teams, ensure platform reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience leading large-scale engineering or platform teams in AI/ML, data, or infrastructure.
- Deep technical expertise in modern AI platforms, distributed systems, or cloud-native architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and empowerment.
