Requirements:
- Experience leading large-scale engineering or platform teams in AI/ML, data, or infrastructure domains.
- Deep technical expertise in modern AI platforms, distributed systems, or cloud-native architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team empowerment.
