Education Creator Community Manager

About the Role:

You will own the strategy and execution of community initiatives that grow, engage, and support Education Creators globally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global strategies to grow the volume and impact of content produced by Education Creators.
• Lead the US and Australian Education Creator communities.
• Collaborate with education and creators teams to create enablement content.
• Support international Community Managers with toolkits and initiatives.
• Manage the Creator experience from acquisition to long-term retention.

Requirements:

• Experience in scaling global community programs in K12 education or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of the K12 education landscape.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create scalable systems and processes.
