Data Science Manager - Video/Social Media

What you'll do:

• Partner with the Group Product Lead for Video to shape video strategy.
• Lead and coach a team of data scientists across video creation, editing, publishing, and discovery.
• Own key product metrics across the video journey.
• Drive high-quality experimentation and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Identify growth levers in Video and prioritize for impact.
• Uplift experimentation standards and data foundations.
• Provide clear storytelling from complex analysis.

Requirements:

• Experience leading data scientists in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep experience in experimentation and lifecycle analytics.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with large-scale product datasets.
• Comfort with video technology and media products.
