Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Group Product Lead for Video to shape the Video strategy.
  • Lead and coach a team of embedded data scientists across the Video space.
  • Own key product metrics across the end-to-end video journey.
  • Drive high-quality experimentation and translate results into clear recommendations.
  • Identify growth levers in Video and help prioritize for impact.
  • Uplift experimentation standards and data foundations.
  • Set the bar for actionable storytelling from complex analysis.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading data scientists in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Deep experience in experimentation, retention, and lifecycle analytics.
  • Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
  • Experience with large-scale product datasets.
  • Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity for evidence-based decisions.
  • Experience with video technology is highly preferred.
