Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Group Product Lead for Video to shape the Video strategy.
- Leading and coaching a team of embedded data scientists.
- Owning key product metrics across the video journey.
- Driving high-quality experimentation and translating results into recommendations.
- Identifying growth levers in Video and prioritizing for impact.
- Uplifting experimentation standards and data foundations.
- Creating clear, actionable storytelling from complex analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience leading data scientists in a product environment.
- Deep experience in experimentation and lifecycle analytics.
- Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with large-scale product datasets.
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity.
- Experience with video technology is preferred.
