This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Group Product Lead for Video to shape the Video strategy.
- Lead and coach a team of embedded data scientists in the Video space.
- Own key product metrics across the video journey.
- Drive high-quality experimentation and translate results into actionable recommendations.
- Identify growth levers in Video and prioritize for impact.
- Uplift experimentation standards and data foundations.
- Provide clear, actionable storytelling from complex analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience leading data scientists in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep experience in experimentation, retention, and lifecycle analytics.
- Fluent in SQL; proficient in Python or R.
- Experience with large-scale product datasets.
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity.
- Experience with video technology is preferred.
