Data Science Manager - EMEA Expansion

What you’d be doing in this role:

• Lead & Grow the Europe Data Science Team: Coach and develop a high-performing team of Data Scientists.
• Define the Europe Data Strategy: Partner with regional leadership to set the long-term analytics roadmap.
• Drive Strategic Decision-Making: Act as the senior data partner to marketing and regional leadership.
• Connect International to Global Product & Data: Represent International market needs within global forums.
• Build Scalable Operating Models: Establish clear ways of working between teams.
• Raise the Craft & Talent Bar: Set expectations for analytical quality and mentoring.
• Own Outcomes, Not Just Output: Be accountable for regional impact through prioritization.

You're probably a match if:

• You have several years of experience in data, product, or growth analytics.
• You’ve successfully built and developed Data Scientists.
• You think at a systems level and have partnered with senior stakeholders.
• You’re proficient in modern data stacks and strong in SQL/Python.
