This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and is a 12-month full-time engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and scale Canva’s Creators Community in Brazil.
- Define and execute the Brazil Creator strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Onboard and nurture creators, connecting them with Canva’s mission.
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, SEO, and Product teams.
- Create inclusive communications across community channels.
- Track community health and content performance using data insights.
- Build relationships with creators and creative communities in Brazil.
Requirements:
- Passion for creators and community building.
- Deep understanding of Brazilian culture and trends.
- Experience in building or scaling communities.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-informed decision-making with a people-first approach.
