Creators Community Manager - Poland (12-month Contract)

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland as a 12-month contract (B2B) with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Poland Creator community strategy.
• Build and manage the Poland Creator community.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture top creative talent.
• Design and run on-ground activations and community meet-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in community management or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of the Polish creative landscape.
• Experience in event planning and community platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
