About the role:

The UK Community Manager will lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s Creators community in the UK, focusing on our creators and contributors.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the UK Creator community strategy.
• Build and manage the UK Creator community.
• Identify and nurture creative talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Create strong feedback loops for creators.
• Use data to measure community health and optimize programs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in community management.
• Deep knowledge of the UK creative landscape.
• Experience with community management platforms.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
