About the role:
The Japan Creator Community Manager will lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s Creators community in Japan. You’ll design and execute strategies that onboard, inspire, and nurture passionate community members.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Japan Creator community strategy.
- Build and manage Japan Creator community, fostering growth and engagement.
- Identify and nurture creative talent.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
- Craft clear and inclusive communications.
- Use data to measure community health and optimize programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in community management.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience with community management platforms.
- Event planning expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
