About the Role:
As the Creative Strategist for Germany, you'll be the creative performance engine behind Canva's paid and organic marketing in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative flywheel — own the full creative cycle (research, briefing, production, editing, and analysis).
- Analyse and optimise performance — work with analytics teams to improve creative effectiveness.
- Define high-performing creative for German audiences across various platforms.
- Bridge external creative partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support conversion across the funnel.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
- Deep knowledge of the German market and fluency in German and English.
- Experience with platform-native formats and performance dashboards.
