Responsibilities:
- Set the creative vision for Southeast Asia, ensuring global coherence and local authenticity.
- Lead and grow the in-market creative team, including hiring and mentoring.
- Oversee creative production across various channels, balancing in-house and agency resources.
- Collaborate with marketing and research teams to enhance creative output through data-driven insights.
- Support major brand campaigns while maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of creative experience across agencies and in-house.
- Proven experience in multiple Southeast Asian markets.
- Ability to contribute to large-scale campaigns and also manage performance-focused creative.
- Experience in building and leading creative teams.
- Strong creative judgment and collaborative skills.
