Community Manager, Madrid (12-Month Contract)

This role is based in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s SMBs community through local events and online activations.
• Organize impactful in-person and virtual events to showcase Canva’s value for SMBs.
• Develop SMB-focused content that inspires entrepreneurs and highlights Canva’s impact.
• Collaborate with various teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive community advocacy.
• Expand the Canvassador Programme to increase grassroots visibility.
• Build relationships with SMB networks and institutions to enhance Canva’s credibility.
• Drive user growth and awareness through data-driven initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in growing and engaging SMB audiences with a track record of community-led strategies.
• Deep understanding of the Spain small business landscape.
• Proven ability to design and scale ambassador programmes.
• Strong experience in facilitating impactful events.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
