This role is based in Madrid, Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s SMBs community through local events and online activations.
- Organize impactful in-person and virtual events to showcase Canva’s value for SMBs.
- Develop SMB-focused content that inspires entrepreneurs and highlights Canva’s impact.
- Collaborate with various teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive community advocacy.
- Expand the Canvassador Programme to increase grassroots visibility.
- Build relationships with SMB networks and institutions to enhance Canva’s credibility.
- Drive user growth and awareness through data-driven initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in growing and engaging SMB audiences with a track record of community-led strategies.
- Deep understanding of the Spain small business landscape.
- Proven ability to design and scale ambassador programmes.
- Strong experience in facilitating impactful events.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
