Responsibilities:
- Manage daily interactions across teacher communities (FB, WhatsApp, offline).
- Handle queries from teachers and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate education-focused activities and community-led marketing initiatives.
- Lead recurring education community programs such as webinars and workshops.
- Monitor community sentiment and share insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in community, education, marketing, or events.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience with advocacy communities or education networks is a plus.
