Brand Designer, Thailand (6-month Contract)

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Design and adapt static, video, and motion ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Display.
- Edit and optimize UGC videos for ad sprints.
- Collaborate with Creative Lead TH to translate strategy and insights into effective creatives.
- Contribute to conceptualization for growth marketing campaigns and lifecycle assets.
- Ensure all outputs are optimized for channel specs, on-brand, and localized for TH market.
- Share creative learnings and insights to strengthen future testing and production.
Requirements:
- Strong design portfolio showcasing digital ads, motion graphics, or UGC video edits.
- Proficiency in design tools including Canva.
- Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or other performance channels.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and sizes.
- Understanding of local Thai cultural trends and how to translate them into design.

The designer will work directly with the SEA Growth Marketing team, supporting the creation of engaging, locally resonant creative content that amplifies our presence in Thailand.
