About the Role:

As an Account Executive - Public Sector, you will own enterprise-level relationships across higher education institutions and local government organisations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end public sector sales engagements, from prospecting to close.
  • Manage complex stakeholder groups across universities and local government.
  • Collaborate with Channel team and distributors to drive growth.
  • Navigate public sector procurement frameworks and approval processes.
  • Support onboarding and adoption with Customer Success teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B, GovTech, EdTech, or SaaS sales.
  • Proven experience working with universities or government bodies in Japan.
  • Fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across academic and government audiences.
