Account Executive - Direct & Channel Sales

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles in Japan, from prospecting through to close.
- Collaborate with Channel team, distributors, and resellers to drive scalable growth.
- Align strategies with local market needs by working closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Manage pipeline health and forecasting accuracy through CRM tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor, bringing market insights back to Canva.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers in Japan.
- Fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and enterprise buying behaviors.
