Technical Program Manager - Fintech

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with project sponsors and stakeholders to define and deliver projects.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
• Identify and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Maintain project information and communicate status concisely.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable, secure, and flexible solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technical program management.
• Experience in payments or FinTech products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
