Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of technical solutions to business problems as cross-team initiatives.
- Align priorities across the organization to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Manage, visualize, and address risks, issues, and dependencies to facilitate successful delivery.
- Drive and own the standardization of delivery governance across diverse organizational cultures and practices.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in software delivery including 4+ years in a Technical program management role.
- Proven track record of moving technical or engineering programs from conception to successful completion.
- Expertise in technical program management methodologies such as Scaled Agile, SaFe, LeSS, PMP.
