Senior Managing Counsel Privacy, Marketing, Trips & Insurance

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of legal counsels.
• Provide legal advice on data protection and privacy issues.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Review and approve data protection agreements.
• Advise on changes to global privacy laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 8-12 years of experience in a reputable law firm or in-house team.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and e-commerce privacy compliance.
