Product Manager – Systems Management and Resilience

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Service Health Tooling Roadmap, defining the vision for Service Health platforms.
• Enable engineering teams to design and operate reliable services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on reliability goals.
• Incorporate learnings from incidents into the product roadmap.
• Define KPIs for reliability tooling adoption.
• Advocate for a culture of reliability within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Product Management, with experience in platform or reliability-focused products.
• Understanding of distributed systems, observability, and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
