Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager – GenAI for Engineering to shape, own, and execute the roadmap for Booking.com’s GenAI Platform and Agent Strategy.

Responsibilities:

Define & Execute the GenAI Platform & Agent Product Strategy.
Enable Engineering Teams with AI-Powered Capabilities.
Drive GenAI Adoption within our engineering community.
Accelerate Tech Modernization Through GenAI.
Measure Impact & Continuously Improve.

Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience.
Strong understanding of software engineering practices and developer tooling.
Experience with GenAI technologies is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
