Principal Product Manager, FinTech

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product management for FinTech products, coaching a diverse team of product managers.
• Translate business strategy into actionable product strategies.
• Own the long-term roadmap and identify risks and dependencies.
• Drive a customer-centric mindset and analyze customer feedback.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships across teams.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of product management experience, particularly in FinTech or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of global financial regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Technical background with familiarity in data structures.
