Machine Learning Manager - Performance Marketing

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of machine learning scientists to develop innovative solutions for bidding and optimization.
• Manage the research cycle, including POC, model development, and large-scale AB testing.
• Drive measurable business impact through optimization strategies.
• Foster a culture of ownership and excellence within the team.
• Collaborate with senior management to align on business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading research teams focused on machine learning and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of optimization methodologies and auction mechanisms.
• Experience in delivering measurable business value through machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL/BigQuery, and Spark.
• Master’s degree or PhD in relevant fields.
