Lead Supply Growth Marketing

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Own performance targets for marketing activations and provide insights on contributions to business targets.
• Drive qualitative supply-related product adoption and manage a backlog of projects.
• Lead complex projects while ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to innovate based on user insights.
• Conduct analysis of performance and market data to derive insights.
• Advocate for partner needs within the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing.
• Proven track record of commercial impact through digital marketing.
• Data literacy and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative thinker with excellent analytical skills.
