Role Overview:
Contribute to Booking.com’s business growth by developing and executing effective media plans targeted to global audiences. Assist the Brand Media Team with operational tasks including budget tracking, campaign delivery, and onboarding new tools.
Responsibilities:
- Support operational aspects of global media planning, including budget tracking and campaign documentation.
- Assist in developing and integrating new AI and budgeting tools.
- Manage purchase orders, invoice processing, and contribute to monthly budget reconciliation.
- Coordinate trafficking of creative assets with internal and external teams.
- Collate media spend and performance data for reporting tasks.
- Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Support campaign execution for high-profile marketing activations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in paid media or marketing campaigns.
- Experience in e-commerce or tech environments preferred.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
