Group Product Manager - O2C / Payments /Billing, FinTech

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Role Overview:

As a Group Product Manager, you will define product strategy and roadmap, lead a team of product managers, and contribute to key projects.

Responsibilities:

• Influence decision-making and create product strategies.
• Drive cross-functional teams to set objectives and goals.
• Develop requirements and specifications with engineering teams.
• Define success metrics and track project progress.
• Automate processes in a high-volume environment.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management in finance.
• Track record of shipping large-scale software products.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies preferred.
