Role Overview:
As a Group Product Manager, you will define product strategy and roadmap, lead a team of product managers, and contribute to key projects.
Responsibilities:
- Influence decision-making and create product strategies.
- Drive cross-functional teams to set objectives and goals.
- Develop requirements and specifications with engineering teams.
- Define success metrics and track project progress.
- Automate processes in a high-volume environment.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management in finance.
- Track record of shipping large-scale software products.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies preferred.
