Engineering Manager - SRE

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Server & Storage Management team, focusing on the strategy and delivery of storage services. Coach and grow a team of SREs, set execution standards, and partner with stakeholders to enhance system availability and scalability.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Engineering Manager leading SRE/Platform teams.
• Strong SRE skills including SLIs/SLOs and incident management.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, and Linux systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
