Engineering Manager, Booking for Business

This role is based in Singapore, Central Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 1 or more teams of software engineers (5-10 people).
• Create a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Empower engineers through coaching and career development.
• Contribute to projects with architectural guidance and hands-on coding.
• Establish metrics and processes for engineering excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience managing a team of engineers.
• 5 years of software development experience in Java, Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript, or Perl.
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
