Responsibilities:
- Support the Trips teams with innovative insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with commercial, data engineering, and product teams to assess business impacts on customers.
- Develop and manage data science roadmaps for product optimization.
- Provide data science support to product stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
- Design and interpret quantitative experiments to guide business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data Science roles; advanced degree preferred (Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of statistics and experimentation methods (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R).
- Strong communication skills and business acumen.
