Data Scientist II - Loyalty & Incentives Insight

This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Role Description:

As a Data Scientist II, you will work independently on data consumption and preparation, solving business problems through statistical analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Data Science solutions based on business requirements.
• Translate business problems into data stories and solve them using statistical methods.
• Design and interpret quantitative experiments to guide business decisions.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communicate complex analysis results clearly.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong skills in data analysis, statistics, machine learning, and programming (Spark, SQL, Python, R).
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management skills.
